Please give NO LESS THAN 48 hour notice if cancellation is needed. If you need to cancel I require a cancellation fee of 40% of your service. I am very understanding and understand life happens. I am also very busy and holding a spot until last minute makes it very difficult for me to fill. If you are scheduling appointments often and canceling often you will be banned from booking in advance. For safety purposes I ask that this be considered. Consultation appointments are ONLY AVAILABLE TUESDAY- FRIDAY, If booked for a Saturday I will cancel and ask you to reschedule to a different date. Service prices are based on product used and the amount of hair/ time needed. Prices are subject to change, The prices listed are a standard base price.
