Please give NO LESS THAN 48 hour notice if cancellation is needed. If you need to cancel I require a cancellation fee of 40% of your service. I am very understanding and understand life happens. I am also very busy and holding a spot until last minute makes it very difficult for me to fill. If you are scheduling appointments often and canceling often you will be banned from booking in advance. PLEASE, NO CHILDREN/ EXTRA GUEST (unless they are solely being serviced, not while your being serviced) Watt A Beauty, Is a very small area, With a lot of chemicals. For safety purposes I ask that this be required. ATTIRE- Before coming to your appointment please consider what you are wearing, We are working with permanent chemicals that can ruin your clothes & jewelry (necklaces, earrings). I try to be as neat as possible but it is not guaranteed that your clothes will not be stained. I Hailey, Watt A Beauty is not responsible for any damages nor will I pay for damages to any attire or jewelry. If you are wearing a hood with nothing underneath you will be asked to reschedule or wear a provided robe, As hoods and sweatshirts are bulky and make it difficult for the cape to stay in place. We have a very nice bathroom if you need to bring a separate change of clothes if plans before/after your appointment, please do not wear anything you would care about if stained or ruined. Service prices are based on product used and the amount of hair/ time needed. Prices are subject to change, The prices listed are a standard base price.
